The Mon Valley Health and Welfare Authority is flexible in the design of your office space. Many offices are already configured for your use. However, we can reconfigure your space to suit your needs at no cost to you.

RECEPTION
All of the entrances to the facilities are handicapped accessible. Customers and clients entering the facility are greeted by our reception
team and directed to your offices. We offer security for our tenants. Other amenities include a central phone system and a mailroom that provides postal services.

BREAK ROOM
We also offer a break room for the employees of tenants and other building occupants.

CONFERENCE ROOMS
Tenants are offered the use our conference facilities. The conference room
features state of the art audio visual capabilities as well as the ability to divide the space to accommodate specific needs.

MAINTENANCE
The Mon Valley Health and Welfare Authority performs all maintenance of the building including snow removal and landscaping. Tenants are not charged for this service.
